Stirling Valuations - ACCI Home-based Business Award

Leaving on a high

Samantha Titterington of Stirling Valuations is about to move back to Perth to pursue new business opportunities.Samantha Titterington made it back-to-back wins when she again took out the ACCI Small Business Development Corporation Home-based Business in the 2010 Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry Awards earlier this year.

After winning the same title in 2009, it's the perfect time to say goodbye to Albany, according to Samantha who sold the successful business effective July 30, 2010, to move back to Perth to pursue new business opportunities.

Since opening Stirling Valuations in September 2007, Samantha has established a reputation of providing exceptional customer service in her boutique-style valuation practice. Samantha said she was very pleased to receive the 2010 award which was the result of exceeding targets from the previous year. "It is always fantastic to receive recognition for effort," Samantha said.

Samantha is a Licensed Valuer and Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute. Before making the sea change to Albany, she was a Senior Valuer with CB Richard Ellis Residential Valuations (previously DTZ Residential). Stirling Valuations specialised in residential property valuations, and also provided unit entitlements, public open space, rental determinations, vacant land and rural valuations.

During her time in the region Samantha has been a member of Great Southern Women and was nominated by the Australian Property Institute (WA Division) to enter the WA Business News 2010 40 under 40 Awards.

Samantha wishes to thank her clients, colleagues, family and friends for their support in making Stirling Valuations such a successful business in the region. Samantha will continue to be a member of the ACCI until the end of the year.
