New WHS Regulations Transitional Arrangements – What You Need to Know.  

In 2022, the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations came into effect with some transitional and savings provisions in place.

These transitional and saving measures were applied from the commencement of the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations yet many have now passed their expiry.

A range of WHS provisions took effect on 31 March 2024.
