About Your Host
Albany Speedway
The Albany Speedway Club has been running for over 50 years. Being a large part of Albany’s motorsport history. We have great support from both the City of Albany and many Albany businesses.
We have a strong membership base made up of both senior and junior driving members, social members, as well as life members.
Our race season generally runs from November through to May each year. With many divisions coming to support our race meets. We run both State and National titles at our venue, which puts Albany on the map as a great place to visit, stay and take in the many attractions. A lot of drivers and spectators from across the state come to race and watch our many events.
The Albany Speedway Club venue takes pride in being the 2nd best racing venue in the State, outside of the Perth Motorplex. We are a not for profit organization, that puts great care into putting our money back into upgrades of our facilities, which in turn encourages more drivers to come and take part in our race events.
