Part of the Workforce Readiness Series, this course is proudly presented by the Albany Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in collaboration with Tourism WA and the Regional Chambers of Commerce & Industry, offering subsidised training for participants.
This certification equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to deliver effective first aid responses, provide life support, and manage casualties, incidents, and other first aiders across various scenarios—whether at home, in the workplace, or in the community—until professional medical assistance arrives.
What You Will Learn:
How to assess emergency situations and ensure safety.
Effective first aid response for a variety of scenarios.
Life support techniques, including CPR.
Management of casualties and incidents until medical help arrives.
Use of first aid equipment and resources.
Communication and coordination with other first aiders.
Cost: $35 plus GST and Booking Fee
To maintain industry-standard competency, it is recommended to refresh this course every three years, with the CPR component updated annually.
