Come and join 5-star trained and experienced hospitality personality Rebecca Brennan from the Sugar Florist as she takes you through the fundamentals of working in a restaurant or cafe setting, on Tuesday 8 April.
This three hour after-school interactive course will include light refreshments and is conveniently located in the centre of the city to accommodate those still in education who are in or are wanting to work in hospitality.

Understanding the importance of high standards in workplace (Including personal presentation)

As part of the Workforce Development Program, this one-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to working in the hospitality industry, making it the ideal starting point for anyone considering a career in this dynamic field. Participants will gain valuable insights into key hospitality roles, customer service techniques, and the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Delivered in partnership with the Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry (RCCIWA), and Tourism WA, this course is made even more accessible through subsidised funding from Tourism WA.
