NOTICE OF 133rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Join us for the 133rd Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 16 October, 7.30am at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany.

Financial Members are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.

We look forward to sharing the Albany Chamber’s activity highlights and give insights into the financial year ahead.

Please note, in accordance with the ACCI Constitution, only current financial members of ACCI are able to attend this meeting. Please RSVP your attendance before 12pm Tue 15 October.

Appointment of Proxy

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may appoint another financial member who will be attending and direct that member to vote on your behalf.

Please complete and submit the proxy form when you RSVP. Please note that a member may be appointed the proxy for no more than five (5) other members.
