Funding update from Workforce Australia Local Jobs
An update from Emma Everett, Employment Facilitator, Local Jobs Program, DEWR
Do you have a project idea to support people into work? Looking for funding to make it happen?
The National Priority Fund is now open for proposals which help address structural and other barriers to employment faced by people in our communities and facilitate job creation.
As Employment Facilitator for the Great Southern – Wheatbelt employment region, I’ve had the privilege to connect with a number of employers, social enterprises and community organisations in the Great Southern region who are well aligned to the fund priorities below. We would love to support some project submissions from Albany and the Great Southern region – if you are interested in connecting with this (or other) government funding as an employer, training organisation, employment services provider or community organisation, we would love to connect with you.
