Britt O’Dwyer
General Manager, Altus Group

Britt O'Dwyer is a seasoned leader in the traffic management industry and currently serves as the General Manager of Altus Traffic. Britt joined Altus after the acquisition of WARP Traffic Management, which she co-led with her husband, Steve O’Dwyer. During her time at WARP, she headed up the Human Resources and Health and Safety Team, was appointed as the first female General Manager, where she developed and led the companies first all-female operations team, before becoming the Chief Operating Officer. In addition to her role at Altus, Britt is the National Board Member and Chair of the Western Australia Division of the Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA), where she contributes to industry advancements and regulatory developments.

Megan O’Donnell
Chief Preventative Officer, St John WA

Megan has over 20 years’ experience as a strategic thinker and executive leader, working with large corporates and organisations on company purpose and values, business and digital transformation and customer experience and engagement programs.

In her Executive role at St John WA as Chief Preventative Officer, Megan is responsible for developing preventative knowledge, skills, products and services that help bridge the health inequity gap and positively impact the health & wellbeing of the WA community.

Heather Porter
Founder, Website Love

Heather Porter has 15 years’ experience in digital marketing as a business owner, consultant and digital marketing speaker, and holds a Bachelor of International Business from San Diego State University. She is the founder of Website Love, a website development and social media agency.

She is an Amazon Kindle #1 bestseller, co-author of 4 business books and host of 'That Social Media Show' on the Bizversity business app used in over 100 countries. Plus she hosts the podcast The Hustle Rebellion.

She is also one of four Meta (formerly Facebook) Certified Lead Trainers in Australia where she teaches on behalf of Meta to businesses around Australia. Plus she regularly speaks for local councils, chambers of commerce and business training organisations.
