NOTICE OF 131st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We would like to inform you that the Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for 31 May 2023, has been postponed.
The new date for the AGM is Wednesday 21 June 2023.
The AGM will take place at 5pm on 21 June, prior to the June Business After Hours event. Venue is yet to be confirmed. If you have previously registered to attend the AGM on 31 May, we kindly request you to re-register your attendance here.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change. We value your participation and hope to see you on Wednesday 21 June.
Notice of AGM:
Financial Members of the Albany Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) are invited to attend the 131st Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2023, 5pm at (Venue TBC).
Please note, in accordance with the ACCI Constitution, only current financial members of ACCI are able to attend this meeting. Please RSVP your attendance here.
We are seeking nominations for new Executive Committee members in the lead up to the AGM. Please complete the Nomination form below and email back to admin@albanycci.com.au if you are interested in taking on a governance role with the Chamber.

Appointment of Proxy
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting you may appoint a member of the ACCI who will be attending the meeting and direct that member to vote on your behalf. Please complete and submit the proxy form when you RSVP. Please note that a member may be appointed the proxy for not more than five (5) other members.
